How do you describe yourself?
We serve those who are leading, or seek to lead transformational change in their organization, and we use the word, “organization” in its most generic sense. The principles, models, concepts, methods, tools and lessons that we teach apply to all organizations regardless of their kind, size, role, or station in some hierarchy.
You may be leading or aspiring to lead a team within a department, a department within a function, a function within a division, a division within a company, or an entire company. You may be leading or aspiring to lead a team serving an external customer, or a team that provides some service to others within the same larger organization. It may be for-profit, publicly or privately held; it may be a non-profit, a charity, church, union, school or club; it could even be a government organization.
- We serve those leading the creation of a new organization, the renovation of an under-performing one, or the redesign of one performing well, but poorly prepared for the future.
- We serve those leading change in their team’s approach to new product, service, or system development.
